Bacteria has survived more than 2 billion years on this planet. They have been here long before dinosaurs even came on the scene. Dont you think the bacteria deserves the credit as being the most capable of all kind of life on this planet? The bacteria is a genius when it comes to self-preservation !

How do you suggest showing respect? Scientists do, in the sense of realizing what you say. We still use antibiotics to destroy trillions of them in our bodies, which is not, ahem, very respectful to them, I suppose.
Reply:Humans indeed do not show respect to bacteria and viruses as well. We have so much invaded the microbial world that there is nothing else to discover after the dreaded HIV. Thus our own world eventually has been infested by almost all forms of bacterial and viral diseases! Report It
